Product Description
Our kits make it easy and delicious, you make it homemade, your way. Use with beef, wild game, pork or poultry. Each kit seasons up to 30 lbs. of meat, three lbs. at a time if you choose.
Kit Includes two 4.2 oz. packets of Hi Mountain cure, two 10 oz. seasoning packets, one pack of natural hog casings and detailed instructions.
Ingredients:
Corn syrup solids, salt, spices, monosodium glutamate, garlic powder. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
Bulk size seasons up to 240 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure and casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasonings, bulk cure and casings here.

We use this for our deer processing, we add some marjoram and pepper to the mix, comes perfect every time.

Polish sausage
We had a tradition in my family growing up. Christmas breakfast was Polish sausage, fried eggs and Danish. I grew up moved away and missed the traditional Christmas breakfast. I found the polish sausage kit a few years ago and it was the same as what we had growing up. I had tried other (polish) mixes. When I was unable to find Hi Mountain. While they were ok. None compared to Hi Mountain. Their spice mix is excellent. And the instructions with the kit are easy to follow.

The 30lb kit works out perfect. I use two of them and make 60lb's at a 40lb venison and 20lb pork ratios. I had to order these because the retail outlets around me that carry High Mountain products no longer have the Polish kits. Why?? very frustrating. These are very high-quality products, and I don't want to have to use another brand if I don't have to.

This is my family’s favorite sausage, several families. I do the smoked recipe and I don’t tell them it’s High Mountain but I share it with everyone when I do the 30 pound recipe. A summer staple at all my bbqs, and requested every time. Excellent product.
