Kit Includes two 4.2 oz. packets of Hi Mountain cure, two 10 oz. seasoning packets, one pack of natural hog casings and detailed instructions.
Corn syrup solids, salt, spices, monosodium glutamate, garlic powder. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
Bulk size seasons up to 240 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure and casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasonings, bulk cure and casings here.

I made brats with this and then smoked them the best I have ever made
just the right seasoning. however I did add red pepper flakes to 5 lbs. I had eaten a polish hot sausage that came froms pinks in los angeles. it came very close.. I have tried 10-12 of your products ranging from jerky,summer sausage anf links. all have been excellent
Very easy to make ssusage using this kit and others I have purchased made by Hi- Mountian over the years. Just follow simple directions and be patient. No need to add any seasonings , it is perfect. Don't try to rush sausage making by raising the temperature of your smoker. I smoke sausage at a temperature of 175 degrees to 225 degrees. The whole process only takes 4 hours.
Quite good product...I added cheddar cheese and jalapeno's. Would buy again, and reccommend to others.
