Hi Mountain Seasonings Italian Sausage kit makes it easy to make it homemade sausage, your way - with beef, wild game, pork or poultry. Each kit seasons up to 30 lbs. of meat, three lbs. at a time if you choose.
Kit Includes two 4.2 oz. packets of Hi Mountain cure, two 4.8 oz. seasoning packets, one pack of natural hog casings and detailed instructions.
Salt, spices (including fennel, red pepper, anise), monosodium glutamate, paprika, sugar, spice extractives and extractives of paprika (color). Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
Bulk size seasons up to 250 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure and casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - but don't worry, you can add bulk cure as option if you wish. Casings can purchased in the Casing & Bulk Sizes section of our website.
