All returned items must be in an unopened, undamaged condition. Hi Mountain Seasonings will refund the purchase price of returned items. Shipping is not refundable and is the responsibility of the customer. Some products are subject to a re-stocking fee. You must contact us at 800-829-2285 to receive an return authorization prior to returning any item. Items that are returned without a return authorization will be refused.
Since Hi Mountain Seasonings is food manufacturing facility, we are unable to accept returns of spices, seasonings and casings.
Do not return any broken or damaged items to Hi Mountain Seasonings without first contacting the carrier to file a claim. Hi Mountain Seasonings must receive notice of damage within 10 days of delivery. Please be sure to keep all packaging because the carrier may require inspection of the original packaging prior to paying claim.
