Hi Mountain Seasonings Sausage Kits make it easy and delicious, you make it homemade, your way. Use with beef, wild game, pork or poultry. Each kit seasons up to 30 lbs. of meat, three lbs. at a time if you choose.
Kit Includes two 4.2 oz. packets of Hi Mountain cure, one 10 oz. seasoning packets, one pack of natural hog casings and detailed instructions.
Dextrose, salt, sugar, spices, monosodium glutamate, spice extracts. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
Bulk size seasons up to 120 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure and casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasonings, bulk cure and casings here.

The seasoning is a great base start. I add extra brown sugar smoked paprika fennel yellow mustard and apple juice. Mixed in cabelas meat mixer for 10 min. Family loves it as links and bulk sausage. Ooo. Toss in smoker 120 degrees 2 hours. 130 degrees 2 hous 150 til u get desired meat temp

First time using natural casing. Great quality. String, no holes or flaws. Spice and cute delicious! Made 15lbs! Used pork loin, venison and thick cut bacon. Smoked to full cook temp then vacuum sealed and stored the extra. These are the best sausages I or my family have ever tasted.
Excellent seasoning and I always have more casings than I need which is a nice plus. My family and friends can’t get enough of this sausage
