Hi Mountain Seasonings Sausage Kits make it easy and delicious, you make it homemade, your way. Use with beef, wild game, pork or poultry. Each kit seasons up to 30 lbs. of meat, three lbs. at a time if you choose.
Kit Includes two 4.2 oz. packets of Hi Mountain cure, one 10 oz. seasoning packets, one pack of natural hog casings and detailed instructions.
Dextrose, salt, sugar, spices, monosodium glutamate, spice extracts. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
Bulk size seasons up to 120 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure and casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasonings, bulk cure and casings here.

Been making venison sausage for over 50 years and using an old family recipe. We switched to the German Mix about 4 years ago and it taste awesome. Follow the directions and you will have an awesome tasting sausage!
Have used this kit for many years and it's one of my favorites! I use game meat (venison, moose etc) mixed with pork butts, usually 50-50, and it makes a very nice sausage. The key is to smoke it low and slow to get that nice smokey flavor. A really great product!
