Hi Mountain Seasonings Italian Sausage kit makes it easy to make it homemade sausage, your way - with beef, wild game, pork or poultry. Each kit seasons up to 30 lbs. of meat, three lbs. at a time if you choose.
Kit Includes two 4.2 oz. packets of Hi Mountain cure, two 4.8 oz. seasoning packets, one pack of natural hog casings and detailed instructions.
Ingredients:
Salt, spices (including fennel, red pepper, anise), monosodium glutamate, paprika, sugar, spice extractives and extractives of paprika (color). Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
Bulk size seasons up to 250 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure and casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasonings, bulk cure and casings here.

Excellent blend
Your product is amazing. This is the second time I have used it. Both batches of sausage have been very tasty and very easy to make. The kit you provide includes more than enough casings to stuff 30 pounds of sausage. The flavor it provides has given me positive feedback from all those that I gifted sausage to. I will buy more of your product every deer season. Thank you for coming up with a product that normal kitchen sausage stuffers can use. I followed the instructions and deviated only by changing the mix ratio by 2 pounds. I added garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and salt. The results are amazing. The casings differed a little, some would take a large amount of fill, others would only accept a normal amount. I have some sausages that are the size of a good size cucumber and others that look like store bought. It will be up to the person making the sausage to figure that out. I love your product , thank you.

Hi Mountain Sausage kits are really good. I only wish they could ship my orders more quickly. I never order the kit until I have an animal ready for processing. 2 weeks on shipping causes delays in my processing schedule. Excellent products thoughz

I used this to make sausage with 1/4 pork and 3/4 goose , along with a little beef fat . Turned out great !
