Hi Mountain Seasonings Sausage Kits make it easy and delicious, you make it homemade, your way. Use with beef, wild game, pork or poultry. Each kit seasons up to 30 lbs. of meat, three lbs. at a time if you choose.
Kit Includes two 4.2 oz. packets of Hi Mountain cure, one 10 oz. seasoning packets, one pack of natural hog casings and detailed instructions.
Ingredients:
Dextrose, salt, sugar, spices, monosodium glutamate, spice extracts. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
Bulk size seasons up to 120 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure and casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasonings, bulk cure and casings here.

German Sausage review
High mountain German sausage is my favorite go to. I smoke mine for 2 to 3 hours. I also use 12 pounds venison with 18 pounds pork. It always turns out great. I buy extra because everyone always wants my secret recepie after tasting it. 100% recommend!!!!

My go to for deer sausage
I've used the for years with venison and pork and it's great. Lately I've used it as a base with Japanese curry. It makes an awesome German curry that you can't buy in the US.

Excellent Product!!
I've been using Hi Mountain's kits for at least 15 years and have always been very satisfied with the these products. I've experimented with them at different times and have added extra garlic, fresh black pepper, mustard seeds and liquid smoke to enhance the flavors. The German sausage is my favorite kit of them all. I super smoke them because I like the smokey flavor!!

Turn key kit
The seasoning is a great base start. I add extra brown sugar smoked paprika fennel yellow mustard and apple juice. Mixed in cabelas meat mixer for 10 min. Family loves it as links and bulk sausage. Ooo. Toss in smoker 120 degrees 2 hours. 130 degrees 2 hous 150 til u get desired meat temp
