Hi Mountian Cracked Pepper and Garlic Blend is the perfect combination for a bold, full-flavored jerky. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat.
Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
Bulk size seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here.
Ingredients: Black Pepper, salt, dehydrated garlic, extractives of turmeric. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

If you want something special, this is it! Easy to make just follow the directions it's cook proof.
I have been using this product for many years and buying at sporting goods stores. I use this mix as a base for my jerky and I use ground beef(90%) or better for jerky. Each kit is used for 15 pounds of meat and I add more spices to create my own flavor. I have been making jerky for over 40 years and this kit makes the job so EZ to do, now and into the future. I wish you will make this in low sodium in the future.
Haven't had any complaints it was too spicy.
