Have been using this product for a few years now. It is our favorite
I have used this seasoning for my whole meat deer jerky for years and shared it with others at deer camp. It always gets rave reviews. Not too spicy but full of flavor. Easy to follow directions and easy to order online.
Just absolutely delicious. These cures are not overpoweringly salty. Just the right blend as to compliment each other!
I had some bear meat that was a little on the gamey side so I ground it all and used the cracked pepper and garlic kit to make jerky. I let sit overnight in the seasonings and then smoked it the next day. Wow! It came out amazing. I brought it to a family pot lock that night and it was the big hit of all the dishes. The seasonings took out all the gamey flavor and replaced it with this savory flavorful awesomeness. Outstanding product. I used the jerky gun also which made the prep waaaaay easier. Can't wait to try more products
This is my all time 2nd favorite flavor!
EXCELLENT!!! This is the only seasoning we purchase. We have used it on elk, deer and beef, love it. We do hoard our homemade jerky, but when we offer to someone they love it too. Thank you Hi Mountain.
Amazing I highly recommend it gives your meat amazing taste and spice. This is the favor i use for making deer jerky and I pair it with mequite wood in the smoker it's amazing
