Our kits make it easy and delicious, you make it homemade, your way. Use with beef, wild game, pork or poultry. Each kit seasons up to 24 lbs. of meat.
Kit Includes two 4.2 oz. packets of Hi Mountain cure, two 4 oz. seasoning packets, one pack of natural hog casings and detailed instructions.
Bulk size seasons up to 240 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure and casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasonings, bulk cure and casings here.
Ingredients:
Salt, spices, spice extractive, citric acid (0.028%). Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

Brat Kit
I used 4/5 beef and 1/5 bacon. It was my first time with natural casings... interesting, but no smell and more flexible. Love the taste. Can't wait to make more.

Made my first 5 pound batch and it was good (4/5 beef and 1/5 bacon). This was my first use of natural hog casings - no smell, more prep/complicated than cellulose, but much better for making links.
