Our Original Mountain Man Breakfast Sausage blend is hearty, delicious and exactly the flavor you expect. Designed to mix with ground pork, or a combination of pork and beef or wild game.
Each kit seasons 24 lbs of meat, one lb at a time if you choose.
Ingredients:
Salt, dextrose, sugar, monosodium glutamate (4.1%), black pepper, red pepper, spice extractives.
Bulk size seasons up to 240 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure is not included and must be purchased separately - but don't worry, you can add bulk cure here, if you wish. Casings can purchased in the Casing & Bulk Sizes section of our website.

Made Elk breakfast sausage and Antelope breakfast sausage, followed the suggested 1/3 mixed with pork should and it is amazing! even with less fat the flavor is incredible, I did add about a teaspoon more seasoning then suggested for that extra boost of flavor. Will be using this breakfast sausage seasoning for all game moving forward!

Great blend of seasoning.
We mix this around 70% venison and 30% pork and it is good stuff. It's great for breakfast or we use it in place of ground beef in almost any dish. Just ordered another box for this year.
