Each kit seasons 20 lbs of meat, one lb at a time if you choose.
Salt, spices (inlcudes cayenne, chipotle, jalapeno, habenero Peppar, black pepper), natural smoke flavor and less than 2% silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent) and soybean oil (revined to be allergen free).
Bulk size seasons up to 280 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure is not included and must be purchased separately - but don't worry, you can add bulk cure here, if you wish. Casings can purchased in the Casing & Bulk Sizes section of our website.
