Hi Mountian Cracked Pepper and Garlic Blend is the perfect combination for a bold, full-flavored jerky. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat.
Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
Bulk size seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here.
Ingredients: Black Pepper, salt, dehydrated garlic, extractives of turmeric. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

Cracked Pepper 'N Garlic
With this jerky cure and seasoning packet, we went all out and ground up several smaller roasts and a couple of older tenderloins from our last beef. 15 lbs worth. This is SUPER good, mild enough to be enjoyed by everyone yet flavorful enough to keep you going back for another stick. Honestly, I've yet to have a bad packet from this company and am looking forward to our next batch. We bought a variety so we can try them all, but it takes time to go thru this much jerky unless my friends and family beg me to give them some! Which of course, they do!

you cannot beat the cracked pepper and garlic jerky that comes from high mountain Seasoning. I’m almost at the point where I don’t wanna order anything else, but that because it is so good and everybody loves it.

This is my go to for making jerky. Bear meat is the best but any wild game or beef comes out great. I do muscle meat and slice it thin.

I’ve tried pretty much all there flavors. This is the one I prefer and the others that eat my jerky this is the one that goes first every time. At work we kind of have a jerky taste competition. This is always 1st or 2nd place.
