Hi Mountain Jerky Seasonings Bulk sizes are 5 lbs. and seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - but don't worry, you can add bulk cure as option if you wish. Hi Mountain Bulk Cure size is 7 lbs.
Hi Mountain Snackin' Stick Bulk sizes are 5 lbs. and seasons up to 265 lbs. of Snackin’ Sticks. Please note that cure or casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately. Snackin' Stick casings can be purchased here.

The Best Jerky
I purchased the original jerky mix from a big retailer. I loved it but it was salty, then I discovered the Hunters Blend low sodium. It’s absolutely the best. I purchased directly from Hi Mountain the customer service is great and friendly. You can’t go wrong with Hi Mountain! Check out the other low sodium version you will like them to.

Bulk pepper jerky seasoning
This is the best. I make deer jerky all year long and Everyone thinks I have my own special seasoning. I send it around the world to many military 'kids' I am 77 and a Vietnam Vet so they are all kids.

Nothing Better!!!!
I have ben making jerky for years. Blending, tasting, questioning and having some success along the way. Then I bought a blend from the Warehouse store. I followed the suggestions and prepared the meat as recommended. I brought it to a family gathering and it was an instant hit. Follow the suggestions and you will be a master. I use Eye of round and cut into slabs with the meat slicer and up in a glass pan to set 24 hours for the seasoning to set. Pit Boss grill on smoke at 225 for 11/2 to 2 hours. pull and let cool! cut into quarter dollar size pieces and serve. People like the small size and they don't have a piece to carry round. WHAT A HIT!!
