Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - but don't worry, you can add bulk cure as option if you wish. Hi Mountain Bulk Cure size is 7 lbs.

I been making my own jerky for many years and this cure is hands down the best, I would recommend it it to anyone.
We all love the pepper seasoning. We sometimes modify it for different hotter requests but it is great as is.
Highly recommend if you like hickory flavor along with other spices. I smoke it with hickory too. Everybody just loves it. Use less or more to taste as with all spices.
I make 400 to 500 lbs of jerky a year with it
