Kit contains two 3.0 oz. seasoning packets; two 4.2 oz. cure packets, and four strands of 21 mm mahogany collagen casings.
Bulk size seasons up to 265 lbs. of whole muscle meat. Please note that cure or casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here. Casings can purchased here.
Salt, spice, garlic powder and spice extractives, soy sauce powder [(wheat, soybeans, salt), maltodextrin, salt] and less than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

Great kit! Everything you need other than than the meat . Great balance and flavor
I use the original blend and a mix of 1/2 wild mallard breast meat and 1/2 80/20 hamburger. I then smoke the snack sticks for about 4 hours with progressively higher heat and heavy smoke throughout the process. We use the snack sticks in everything, from just eating them as is to pizza toppings, spaghetti sauce, etc. - terrific!
