Kit contains two 3.0 oz. seasoning packets; two 4.2 oz. cure packets, and four strands of 21 mm mahogany collagen casings.
Bulk size seasons up to 265 lbs. of whole muscle meat. Please note that cure or casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here. Casings can purchased here.
Salt, spice, garlic powder and spice extractives, soy sauce powder [(wheat, soybeans, salt), maltodextrin, salt] and less than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

Used venison with the wild goose seasoning. Smoked it with hickory and it has a great flavor.
These make the best Elk & Deer sticks that many people will agree. I have made them and people love them and we end up running out right away. That's how good these are!
The kit is really easy to use. However, if you use what they call for the sticks are extremely salty. My next batch I will definitely decrease the curing salt or add more meat. Good flavor just way too salty but that’s fixable with my next batch
