Hi Mountain Jerky Seasonings Bulk sizes are 5 lbs. and seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - but don't worry, you can add bulk cure as option if you wish. Hi Mountain Bulk Cure size is 7 lbs.
Hi Mountain Snackin' Stick Bulk sizes are 5 lbs. and seasons up to 265 lbs. of Snackin’ Sticks. Please note that cure or casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately. Snackin' Stick casings can be purchased here.

This is the best seasoning I’ve ever purchased online hands down! I’ve already ordered the bulk size and made tons of jerky with it. I sent jerky out to all my family members for Christmas and New Years and everyone was so impressed by the taste that they keep asking me for more. I’ll be ordering more in the future when I run low. Jerky Seasonings
My wife and I make beef jerky and send it to troops who are deployed, The next shipment will be around Christmas and New Year's. My late Dad started this work almost 30 years ago. We've been honored and blessed to carry on his legacy. We call it "Just Like Dad's." You can see us on Facebook to see all the troops who've been blessed. We are not a business. We do this work out of love. Dad always used Hi Mountain for his jerky. We MUST make it the same way otherwise it's not "Just Like Dad's." The troops have always raved about Dad's jerky. I've tried easily 20 different brands of seasoning and the Hi Mountain Hickory is our all-time favorite. It is the only one I buy in bulk. It's perfect for whole muscle jerky, ground jerky and snacksticks. My friends and family won't stop raving about it.

This Hickory blend makes awesome jerky. I smoke mine with hickory pellets for more flavor. The only complaints I have from friends is that it is addictive and there is never enough

Great seasoning and base point
This has been a wonderful seasoning and it's got a really good flavor.
Many times I'll use just the seasoning for jerky, or I'll add different flavors out of the cabinet. It blends well with everything I've tried so far, because it's a nice general flavor profile.
