Bulk Jerky & Snackin' Stick Seasonings

I've been using this seasoning for 17 years, started out with small kits for 15 lbs of venison. I have purchased in stores and online a couple kits at a time.
About 5 years ago a buddy bought me my first bulk 5 lb bag. I'm just about finished using that bag and anticipate making 90 lbs of finished dried jerky in 2026. I add brown sugar and maple syrup to make a sweet hickory, and add dried jalapeno powder for a hot and sweet version. I have a ig enough mixer to make 30 lbs of meat batches and it always turns out awesome. Hi Mountain has The best seasoning always consistant seasoning. Keep up the quality and consistency.. Thanks

Best taste and consistency there is.
You can always add a little more heat to taste but straight out can’t resist. Everyone that has tried it has loved it.
Been using these products for years

I run a little custom butcher shop from my garage. We operate mostly during hunting season. We offer jerky, salami, snack sticks, sausage, etc. We prefer Hi-mountain seasoning and have never had a unhappy customer. As a matter of fact most customer's are impressed by the flavor of all the products. Thanks for providing great seasonings. We do tweak a couple flavors for example teriyaki gets extra seasoning and some straight teriyaki sauce with the marinade. Sweet and spicy gets brown sugar and some extra red pepper flakes. Otherwise top tier seasoning we will continue to use as long as they're available.

Problem is I can barely keep up with making jerky for friends and family .
