Ingredients:
Cracked Pepper & Garlic Summer Sausage:
Corn syrup solids, salt, spices, dehydrated garlic, monosodium glutamate, soybean oil (refined to be allergen free). Cure: salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
Hunter’s Blend Summer Sausage:
Corn Syrup solids, salt, spices, flavor (dextrose, salt, yeast), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), sugar, dehydrated garlic, soybean oil (refined to be allergen free), spice extractives, char oil (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, natural hickory smoke), less than 2% silicon dioxide for anti caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
Jalapeño Summer Sausage:
Corn syrup solids, salt, dehydrated Jalapeno peppers, monosodium glutamate, spices, and vegetable oil. Cure: salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

Summer Sausage variety pack
Purchased this for my husband more than once! He uses it to create venison summer sausage and every single type, every single time has been delicious! Good Summer Sausage
I have used the original summer sausage and everyone really like the flavor. I used it with domestic meats and game meats which were equally good. I purchased the variety box this to try the different flavors.
