Jalapeño peppers have just enough heat to get your attention yet are mild enough for just about everyone. Each kit seasons up to 30 lbs. of meat, three lbs. at a time if you choose.
Kit Includes two 4.2 oz. packets of Hi Mountain cure, two 10 oz. seasoning packets, one pack of mahogany fibrous casings and detailed instructions.
Bulk size seasons up to 240 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure and casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasonings, bulk cure and casings here.
Corn syrup solids, salt, dehydrated Jalapeno peppers, monosodium glutamate, spices, and vegetable oil. Cure: salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

First time trying the jalapeno blend, it's the bomb. I added 6 tablespoons of garlic to it and everyone loves it. Just finished 140lbs of elk with it. This is my top sausage kit so far.

Great! I got this kit as a gift from one of my children and was a little skeptic about how it would turn out. That turned out to be unfounded. My son and I made our first batch and it turned out fantastic. Way better than anything ever bought at the store. I will definitely be ordering another kit and other products.
Best seasoning kit out theres
I have tried many brands, this one has the be the best I’ve used. Many people have tried my summer sausage and given me lots of compliments saying it’s the best they have ever eaten. But I already knew that, but it’s always reassuring to hear it from someone else. Keep up the good work Hi Mountain.
