Kit Includes two 4.2 oz. packets of Hi Mountain cure, two 10 oz. seasoning packets, one pack of mahogany fibrous casings and detailed instructions.
Bulk size seasons up to 240 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure and casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasonings, bulk cure and casings here.
Corn syrup solids, salt, dehydrated Jalapeno peppers, monosodium glutamate, spices, and vegetable oil. Cure: salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

Easy directions to use I smoked mine at 200degrees for 3 hours on a wood smoker it turned out delicious and all my friends and family loved it and wanted more I let it sit in the fridge for over 24 hours with the mix in it and set it on racks instead of hanging them I used hog rings on the other end to seal them I will use this product again wished I done this allot sooner
