Kit Includes two 4.2 oz. packets of Hi Mountain cure, two 10 oz. seasoning packets, one pack of mahogany fibrous casings and detailed instructions.
Bulk size seasons up to 240 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure and casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasonings, bulk cure and casings here.
Corn syrup solids, salt, dehydrated Jalapeno peppers, monosodium glutamate, spices, and vegetable oil. Cure: salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

The jalapeno and spices were perfectly balanced. We made it a little healthier by adding elk and antelope meat with the pork (which provided the needed fat).

best jalapeño mix on the market in my opinion been using it for years i use straight deer meat and add cheddar and pepper jack cheese and it never disappoints

The jalapeño kit has great flavor but I add cayenne pepper and red pepper flake! We like it hot
