Kit includes one, 4.2 oz. packet of Hi Mountain cure; One, 4.55 oz. Hi Mountain Original Pepperoni Seasoning packet; one 1.25 oz. packet of citric acid; Five collagen casings and detailed instructions.
Grinder and stuffer not included.
Ingredients:
CURE: salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%) and caramel color.
SEASONING: salt, corn syrup solids, spices, natural flavor (maltodextrin), calcium stearate (anti-caking agent), mustard seed, garlic powder, less than 1% partially hydrogenated cottonseed and soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) added as processing aids.
CITRIC ACID: Citric acid encapsulated with hydrogenated cottonseed oil.

I have been a long -time customer of Hi Mountain. This this their best sausage by far. Easy to make and taste wonderful. My friends and family loved it, We have used deer and bear meat and will now try moose.
