Kit includes one, 4.2 oz. packet of Hi Mountain cure; One, 4.55 oz. Hi Mountain Original Pepperoni Seasoning packet; one 1.25 oz. packet of citric acid; Five collagen casings and detailed instructions.
Grinder and stuffer not included.
Ingredients:
CURE: salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%) and caramel color.
SEASONING: salt, corn syrup solids, spices, natural flavor (maltodextrin), calcium stearate (anti-caking agent), mustard seed, garlic powder, less than 1% partially hydrogenated cottonseed and soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) added as processing aids.
CITRIC ACID: Citric acid encapsulated with hydrogenated cottonseed oil.
Bulk size seasons up to 81 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure and casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasonings and casings here.
