Delicious
We made our hotdogs with venison and pork. This hot dog seasoning is absolutely delicious. More of a cross between a hotdog and sausage. My daughter hates hotdogs and she really likes these. I'm glad I ordered 2 boxes, we will most definitely be making our hotdogs like this from now on.

Hi Mountain Hot Dogs
We just made a batch of the hot dog kit from Hi Mountain with deer venison, the only thing different we did with the recipe that's provided in the kit was the venison to pork ratio. The end product was excellent. The only thing different we may do next time is cut back just a tad on the seasoning for our taste. We got other kits we purchased and can't wait to mix them up. Thumbs up to Hi-Mountain kits.

Great Hot Dogs!
Again, this company has it down when it comes to season meat for making sausages, bologna, hotdogs, jerky... this was the first time I made hotdogs with no cure in them, but they still were amazing. I made a small sample for the family and they were fighting over them.
It was my first time using collagen casing, included with the kit. They tear more easily than pig intestines, but after my first round of stuffing I got the hang of it.
