i have tried a bunch of different seasonings and this is hands down the absolute best
Best seasonings and cures on the market, they've got it figured out. Period!
It makes the best jerky I have ever made. It goes fast. I like to make it with top round beef but butcher shops in the area don't always have it available. It turns out good with whatever cut of beef that i use.
I have shared this with several people who really loved it. Part of the secret is to not get it too dry.
All flavors of the Hi Mountain Jerky Cure and Seasoning is best that I have ever used. My preference for my deer jerky is to blend two or three different flavors and get a different taste on every batch I make. Everyone loves the different flavor I get but we don’t know what it will be like until it is done.
Best Seasoning for deer jerky! Absolutely love this!
The best jerky seasoning out there.

this blend has just the right amount of a peppery taste with the hint of a smokey taste. it works well with ground and sliced beef and pork as well as venison.
