Hi Mountain Original Blend Jerky Kit is our most popular blend - and created so you can make the world’s greatest homemade jerky. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat.
Regular size kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
Bulk size seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here.
Ingredients: Salt, spice, garlic powder and spice extractives, soy sauce powder [(wheat, soybeans, salt), maltodextrin, salt] and less than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

Flavor and taste is the nail on the head.
I just dried a few pounds of jerky with the original seasoning I got from you last week. Good stuff. I dont think it will last until the end of the week. I will just have to make more.

My family’s absolute favorite seasoning for venison jerky!
I use the original blend when making jerky out of Canada Goose breast meat. I cut the breast meat across the grain (with the grain is too chewy). I then process with the jerky mix by the directions and then place the meat in my smoker. Two hours at low (145 degree) heat and heavy smoke and then slowly increase the heat up to about 220 until jerky reaches 165 degrees. Heavy smoke all the time with a AMAZEN smoker and pellets. Jerky turns out perfectly.
