Hi Mountain Mandarin Teriyaki Snackin' Stick Kit brings a delicate teriyaki flavor with a hint of mandarin orange to your next batch of snacking sticks. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. Each kit seasons up to 20 lbs. of ground meat.
Kit contains two 3.0 oz. seasoning packets; two 4.2 oz. cure packets, and four strands of 21 mm mahogany collagen casings.
Bulk size seasons up to 265 lbs. of whole muscle meat. Please note that cure or casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here. Casings can purchased here.
Ingredients:
Sugar, soy sauce powder [soy sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt) maltodextrin, salt], dehydrated garlic and onion, food starch modified, hydrolyzed soy protein, spice extractives and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking. Contains soy and wheat. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

Snackin Sticks Mandarin Teriyaki
This one is one of my favorites. Great blend for all. The best thing about these mixes are they are divided into 4 pouches. this way you can do 10 lb batches. We just get a 6-7 lb pork butt, grind it, mix it with 4 lbs of ground venison....so you come out with 10 lbs of mix(60% pork, 40% deer), mix it up , in the fridge for 24 hrs. Next day stuff it with the enclosed synthetic casings. Smoke it on the pellet grill. 2hrs later, Kids are fighting to get samples.
Seal them up.
