Product Description
Hi Mountain Hunter's Blend Snackin' Stick Kit is a special combination of seasonings that feature garlic, pepper, a hint of hickory and finishing with some heat. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. Each kit seasons up to 20 lbs. of ground meat.
Kit contains two 3.0 oz. seasoning packets; two 4.2 oz. cure packets, and four strands of 21 mm mahogany collagen casings.
Bulk size seasons up to 265 lbs. of whole muscle meat. Please note that cure or casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here. Casings can purchased here.
Ingredients: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, hickory powder with maltodextrin, spice extractives, spices (includes cayenne, chipotle, jalapeno and habanero peppers and black pepper), sugar, natural flavors and natural smoke flavor. Not more than 2% soybean oil and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

These came out great. Didn't add any additional seasonings and the flavor was spot on. Instructions were clear. Love that they gave measurements for using less than the full cure and seasoning packets so I didn't have to do the calculations myself.
