Make your sausage using 100% pork or mix pork with turkey or wild game‚ deer, elk, buffalo, antelope. Make patties, links or leave it ground. With Hi Mountain quality seasonings and your personal touch you won’t settle for anything but homemade again.
Each kit seasons 20 lbs of meat, one lb at a time if you choose.
Ingredients:
Salt, spices (inlcudes cayenne, chipotle, jalapeno, habenero Peppar, black pepper), natural smoke flavor and less than 2% silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent) and soybean oil (revined to be allergen free).
Bulk size seasons up to 280 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure is not included and must be purchased separately - but don't worry, you can add bulk cure here, if you wish. Casings can purchased in the Casing & Bulk Sizes section of our website.

This sausage is great ! The seasonings are perfectly measured and so easy to do! With a food scale and measure it out was simple! The flavor is fantastic! I made this from elk and pork mix ! I found this flavor to be great for a breakfast sausage but even better for a all purpose flavored meat for so many dishes such as pasta or skillets !
