Salt, sugar, brown sugar, maple sugar, and sodium nitrite (3.99%), (0.08%) sodium erythorbate, caramel color and less than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide added as an anti-cake.

I have used this product several times this time I used it on different type of fish other than trout and salmon. I used it on bluegills and crappies and it worked fantastic.

I use this brine when I’ve bought some Chilean sea bass. I follow the package brining directions, then smoke the fish for about 25 minutes over apple wood chips. It isn’t quite done so we then finish in butter. Sensational.
We brine Chilean sea bass, follow package directions, then smoke over applewood for about 20 minutes. The fish then needs finishing but the smoky flavor is great.

Trim large fillets into 1/2 pound pieces, trim off excess fat and any dark flesh, I don't use the belly meat. Use lots of smoke and cook well.
