Each brine package contains two packets of mix and easy to follow instructions.
Salt, brown sugar, honey powder (honey, moltodextrin), sodium nitrite (3.99%), sodium erythorbate (0.8%), caramel color. Not more than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide added for processing. Contains wheat and soy.

Just finished smoking lake trout using the Wild Trout Brine kit I received xmas.
Lakers are very plentiful in NW Montana and had some in my freezer. Following the kit to the T, not my first rodeo on the smoker.
OMG, the best. Hot smoked with a light apple chunks till 160* internal. The BOMB!
