Use Hi Mountain Alaskan Salmon Brine mix for smoking, grilling or baking salmon and other fish. Your fish will be more juicy, tender and flavorful. Each packet makes one gallon of brine, a total of two gallons of brine can be made from one package.
Each brine package contains two packets of mix and easy to follow instructions.
Salt, brown sugar, sodium nitrite (3.99%), sodium erythorbate (0.8%), caramel color, maple sugar, and not more than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide added as an anti-caking. Contain soy.

This was my first time using the Alaskan Salmon brine mix to smoke salmon and it turned out wonderful! After soaking the salmon for 24 hours in the refrigerator, I smoked it on the pellet grill and it is without doubt the best smoked salmon I've ever had!
Follow package directions to get perfect salt/sweet balance. Be sure to rinse then dry well after bringing (as recommended in instructions) prior to smoking.
