Blended especially for poultry, make your own sausage using wild game or store bought poultry. Each kit seasons 24 lbs. of meat, one lb. at a time, if you choose.
Kit includes seasonings and detailed instructions.
Bulk size seasons up to 240 lbs. of meat and can be purchased in the Bulk Sizes section of our website.

Salt, sugar, spices, maltodextrin, spice extractive, natural maple flavor, silicon dioxide (anti-caking) and citric acid (0.01%) added to protect flavor.
