Country Maple sausage is pure down home goodness. Designed to mix with ground pork, or a combination of pork and beef or wild game.
Each kit seasons 24 lbs of meat, one lb at a time if you choose.
Ingredients:
Sugar, salt, maltodextrin, natural flavors, spices and not more than 2% Silicon Dioxide to prevent caking.
Bulk size seasons up to 240 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure is not included and must be purchased separately - but don't worry, you can add bulk cure here, if you wish. Casings can purchased in the Casing & Bulk Sizes section of our website.
