Hickory Jerky
Highly recommend if you like hickory flavor along with other spices. I smoke it with hickory too. Everybody just loves it. Use less or more to taste as with all spices.

Inferno Spice
Great spice for jerky making. Good to be able to buy in bulk just in case you like to add a bit more spice than usually called for.
