It is a little know fact that cowboys mixed Bourbon and BBQ together. We celebrate this amazing Old West flavor combination with Hi Mountain Bourbon BBQ Snackin' Stick Kit. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, or any meat of your choice. Each kit seasons up to 20 lbs. of ground meat.

Kit contains two 3.0 oz. seasoning packets; two 4.2 oz. cure packets, and four strands of 21 mm mahogany collagen casings.

Bulk size seasons up to 265 lbs. of whole muscle meat. Please note that cure or casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here. Casings can purchased here.

Ingredients:
Tomato powder, vinegar powder, (maltodextrin, food starch – modified, vinegar), salt, molasses powder (molasses, wheat starch, soy flour, calcium stearate, soy lecithin), dehydrated garlic and onion, lemon juice powder (corn syrup solids and natural flavors), Worcestershire sauce [(molasses, vinegar, corn syrup, salt, caramel (color), garlic, sucrose, spices, tamarind, natural flavor and sulfiting agents) and maltodextrin], artificial flavor and soy sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt), silicon dioxide, spice and mustard flour.  Contains wheat and soy and sulfites. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
