Hi Mountain Sweet & Spicy Blend Jerky Kit is a beautiful marriage of two great tastes. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat.
Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
Bulk size seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here.
Ingredients: Sugar, soy sauce powder [soy sauce (wheat, soybean, salt), maltodextrin, salt], spices and chili peppers, salt, onion powder, modified corn starch, garlic powder, hydrolyzed soy protein, sesame oil, caramel color, natural flavors, pineapple juice powder (corn syrup solids and pineapple juice solids), natural smoke flavor, with not more than 2% silicon dioxide added as a processing aid. Contains wheat, soy and milk. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

I use Sweet and Spicy as a mix with a couple other seasonings and it's a big hit alone as well ???

Meat Stick Seasoning
Used this product for meat sticks. Works best if you leave it sit overnight in refrigerator. Taste is top notch.

Needs more heat and more sweet
High Mountain is my go-to favorite for my jerky seasoning and they have the best cures, in my opinion. My issue with the Sweet & Spicy, is that I wish it had more Sweet and more Spicy flavors. I still use it regularly and my family loves it. I would just like it a little bolder on both sides.

This blend is just hot enough; with a silky smooth finish; started using it in '14; have made batches of mule deer, antelope, and beef jerky; all were excellent.
