Hi Mountain Spicy Lime Blend Blend Jerky Kit has the sweet taste of lime with a spicy kick! Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat.

Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.

Bulk size seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here.

Ingredients: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color; and a 3.0 oz. Spicy Lime Blend seasoning packet containing the following ingredients: Dextrose, salt, chipotle pepper, sugar, lime juice powder, dehydrated garlic, rice concentrate (anti-caking agent), dehydrated onion, cayenne pepper, natural hickory flavor, citric acid, black pepper, spice extractives, oil of lime.
