    Product Description

    Hi Mountain‚ Spicy Beer Bratwurst is just that - a delicious brat taste with a little extra spice. Use with beef, wild game, pork or poultry. Each kit seasons up to 24 lbs. of meat, three lbs. at a time if you choose.

    Kit Includes two 4.2 oz. packets of Hi Mountain cure, two 4 oz. seasoning packets, one pack of natural hog casings and detailed instructions.

    Ingredients:
    Corn syrup solids, salt, mustard, spices (red crushed pepper, coriander, black pepper, cayenne), dehydrated garlic, natural flavor (maltodextrin) calcium stearate (anti-caking agent), spice extractive. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

    Bulk size seasons up to 96 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure and casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasonings, bulk cure and casings here.

      Made 40lbs of the spicy beer brats, and everyone loves them, they keep asking me when I’ll make more, great product.

      This was my first try at making bratwurst at home. The ease of use with this product was fantastic. Everything was included in the packaging, easy to use instructions and, of course, great flavor as I've come to expect from High Mountain after years of making jerky and having no reason to look elsewhere for another product. I'm looking forward to making another batch next weekend!

      I made brats for the very first time! Let me tell you this kit makes it so easy to do and the flavor is some of the best I have ever ate! I was using a Elk pork mixture and it was fantastic! If I can do it any one can do it!
