Ingredients:
- 1 Rack of Ribs
- Hi Mountain Seasonings Rib Rub
- Maple Syrup
- Your favorite BBQ Sauce
Directions:
- Pour maple syrup on both sides and of the ribs, covering them completely.
- Season the ribs with a liberal amount of Hi Mountain Seasonings Rib Rub on both sides. Place them in the refrigerator for a couple hours prior to cooking.
- Set your pellet grill or smoker to 250 degrees.
- Place the ribs in the smoker/pellet grill and cook for 3 hours, turning the ribs over once.
- After the 3 hours, remove the ribs from the grill and placed them on a large sheet of foil. Cover both sides of the ribs with the BBQ sauce. Seal the ribs completely in the foil.
- Increase the temperature of the smoker/pellet grill to 350 degrees and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
- Carefully remove the ribs from the smoker, let them rest a few minutes before serving.
