Absolutely delicious! I've used this on multiple types of fish and it came out perfect everytime! I've even used it on veggies to pair and yum! Every dinner guest that's tried it enjoyed it as well! No other seasonings required! Rub & go! Bake, sear, whatever you do it's gonna be great!

I have been using this grilling fresh salmon for years. I also use a heaping table spoon added to a packet of Shore Lunch beer batter when I deep fry fresh Minnesota walleye. It adds a hint of lemon and dill and makes the best batter for fish or onion rings.

Not only for salmon but is great on steelhead, i.e. trout family. On my second bottle. Cannot find another seasoning that is better but still looking.
