Poultry Rub
To me, it is difficult to give chicken some bounce or added taste/flavor. This seasoning is as close as I have gotten but chicken is chicken and maybe I am asking the impossible.

Awesome Poultry Rub
We've been buying this for years at our local marrket, but they quit carrying it so I ordered it direct, it's that good. We use it on bone in chicken thighs, brushed with olive oil, and then the poultry rub...cook the thighs on gas grill, indirect for about 50 minutes...awesome stuff...take the thighs, cut up and put into a chinese salad, or just eat as is...great stuff
