The Jalapeño pepper has exceptional flavor with just a bit of heat - the perfect partner for jerky. Use Hi Mountain Jalapeno Blend Jerky Kit with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat of your choice. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat.
Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
Bulk size seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here.
Ingredients: Salt, dehydrated jalapeno and garlic, jalapeno powder, spice, soy sauce [(wheat, soybeans, salt) and maltodextrin and salt], spice extractives. Contains soy and wheat. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

Jalapeño blend jerky
This was the first experience that I had had making jerky with the jerky gun. We were really pleased with the taste of the jalapeño jerky next time possibly, I might make it a little stronger by adding a few more jalapeños. The smoke flavor that we got was phenomenal. Even people who didn’t like jalapeños liked this jerky. I have been very happy with high mountain seasonings for both jerky, summer sausage along with many of their other possibilities. . Anything we’ve ever tasted from high mountain has been good.

My go to jerky spice!

JALAPEÑO BLEND JERKY KIT
I have tried almost every jerky cure I come across (I have a bad habit...its a problem...) and I keep coming back to this one... far and away my favorite. Lately I've been making ground turkey jerky on the Traeger with the Hi Mountain Jalapeno Blend, and I've been told numerous times that it is the best jerky people have ever tasted..... don't want to brag, but can't say I disagree!
