Product Description
Hi Mountain Hunter Blend is a special combination of seasonings that feature garlic, pepper, a hint of hickory and finishing with some heat. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat.
Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
Bulk size seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here.
Ingredients: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, hickory powder with maltodextrin, spice extractives, spices (includes cayenne, chipotle, jalapeno and habanero peppers and black pepper), sugar, natural flavors and natural smoke flavor. Not more than 2% soybean oil and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

Awesome flavor!!!
I made some this morning and this kit did an amazing job it was spicy but subtle not a kick in the mouth like some kits can be. This is a great product.

The biggest complaint I have is that once you make it and your friends try it, they want you to make it for them. They eat it like candy....Make me some, Make me some! cry babies.
