This lively sausage is fantastic in omlets, burritos or anything you like. Designed to mix with ground pork, or a combination of pork and beef or wild game. Each kit seasons 24 lbs of meat, one lb at a time if you choose.
Ingredients:
Spices including chili pepper, paprika (color), salt, vinegar powder (maltodextrin, food starch-modified, vinegar), sugar and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.

chorizo seasonings!
Great seasoning pack! I’ve made it 5 times! I can’t eat store bought Corizo! Too much fat! Tossed the last stuff I purchased. I make sausage for a friend. His 6 kids won’t eat store bought! When Rustin, my hunting buddy, told his kids he was picking up the chorizo they wanted it for dinner!!!!
(I make them 50 pounds with elk and pork)

Very, VERY good! Flavorful just as it comes. I like a little more pep to mine and added some dried red pepper. I will be buying more.....much more.

Great change of pace for breakfast burritos etc. Great flavor, a little light as recommended, add a little more and some spice for heat. I added diced jalapeños.
