Wild River Trout Western Style Seasoning now comes in a bigger size bottle and contains 4.8 oz seasoning.
Ingredients:
Salt, spices, sugar, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated orange peel, lemon juice powder [corn syrup solids, natural flavors (lemon juice solids, natural flavor)], corn starch, paprika, citric acid, dehydrated bell pepper, dehydrated parsley, natural flavoring, extractives of paprika, and not more than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.

Wild river, trout season

Great seasoning. People say they don't care for trout until it is grilled or coked with this and they do a 180 turn!

Wild River Trout Seasoning
Wild River is about the best seasoning I have found for fresh trout. I like to gut and gill the fish, season the inside with Wild River, stuff it full of butter, mushrooms and onions, wrap it in foil and toss it on the campfire for a few minutes. It just don't get any better than that.
