Hi Mountain Inferno Blend Jerky Kit is truly one of a kind! Made with a spicy blend of Chipotle, Habanero and Jalapeños. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat.
Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
Bulk size seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here.
Ingredients: Salt, spices (includes cayenne, chipotle, jalapeno and habanero peppers and black pepper), sugar, natural flavors and natural smoke flavor and less than 2% silicon dioxide and propylene glycol added for processing. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

Inferno Blend
I make this just using the included instructions with top round and smoke it with a fruit wood at 180/200 till done. About 2 hours. I add crushed red pepper and it is phenomenal. Even people who don't do heat much like it.

One of my families' overall favorites.
Inferno Blend has a great overall great flavor, and the spice is perfect for everyone. I wouldn't mind if it had more heat. Great product and I will continue to purchase Inferno Blend regularly.

My hands down fav blend. I’ve tried others (which are good) but this is the best one. I use the ground meat Version and it turns out great every time. I enjoy spicy but I think most can tolerate this. It’s good.

This is the best jerky seasoning on the market. Hands down. I’ve tried a lot of them. I like most of High Mountain’s stuff, but this stuff is on another level.
