Hi Mountain Hickory Blend Low Sodium Jerky Kit has the same taste as Hickory Blend Seasoning with 50% less salt! Hickory is one of the most popular smoking woods and Hickory Blend Low Sodium Jerky Kit captures this great flavor. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat up choose. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat.
Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
Bulk size seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here.
Ingredients: Salt, spice, garlic powder, hickory powder with malto-dextrin and spice extractives, less than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

My wife’s favorite
We smoke quite a bit of jerky. All three low sodium versions are so so good. She is all in on Hickory so does everyone who tries it.

Really good flavor
We love the Hickory low sodium. I have mixed it 50/50 with Hunters Blend low sodium . With my hand on the Bible I’d say this is the best ever. I also mixed it with Mandarin Teriyaki. It was great.

Super EZ jerky making
I have used this kit yet and awaiting my Destin, Florida fishing trip this fall to make 60 pounds of meat for jerky. The people on the boat love the jerky and this company make me look good by making a great product, keep up the great work. Use this seasoning for whole meat and ground meat. Works great on both. It's great there are options for a low sodium jerky cure
