    Product Description

    Hickory is one of the most popular smoking woods and Hi Mountain Hickory Blend Jerky Kit captures this great flavor. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat up choose. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat.

    Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.

    Bulk size seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here.

    Ingredients: Salt, spice, garlic powder, hickory powder with malto-dextrin and spice extractives, less than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.

      This has become our only jerky seasoning we use. We absolutely Love this product, and others also comment that it is the best jerky ever.

      I've been making and selling jerky for over a year now, and this blend is by FAR the most popular. I tweak it just a bit, but it really doesn't need it. Best product on the market.

      This flavor is amazing, and I added 2 cups of brown sugar to the kit for that sweetest and salty blend, try this now.
      I tend to add additional spices to all their kits with some very good results. Try blending your own combination for your unique original, yours.

      I just finished making the jerky and it turned out great. I only did a small 3 lb batch but they turned out better than any store brand I have ever bought. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

      Hickory blend is a top notch spice. One of my favorites. I use hickory chips for smoke too!
