Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins or any wild game tenderloin
- Hi Mountain Seasonings Rib Rub
- 1 cup bourbon infused maple syrup
Directions:
-
Apply a liberal amount of Hi Mountain Seasonings Rib Rub on all sides of each tenderloin and refrigerate 3 hours.
-
1 hour before grilling, set the tenderloins on the kitchen counter to allow them to reach room temperature.
- Preheated grill to 350 degrees.
-
Cook the pork tenderloins on the grill until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. For wild game like venison, cook until the internal temperature reaches 129 degrees. Bear meat should be grilled until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
-
Baste the tenderloins with the infused maple syrup on each side twice.
-
Once the correct temperature is reached, remove the tenderloins from grill and rest them for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
