German sausage is my go to
I've gone with the German mix for the last 10 years. It's me go to for deer, bear and antelope. Great as a base to expand into things like jalapena and cheese too.

We have been using this product for a few years and have found it to be the best for the quantity and frequency that we make summer sausage. It allows us to add in other ingredients for a fuller flavor.

Bulk cure
I used this cure the last 8 months with great success in multiply homemade recipes. Simply multiply the weight of meat x’s per lb recommendation. Easy as that. Perfect every time!

Bulk seasoning and cure.
The bulk seasoning option is one that I use when making large amounts of sausage. It saves money and I prefer to use fresh hog casings versus the ones that come in the kit. I normal am buying the German sausage seasoning as we will make 200-300 pounds at a time. I've used this seasoning for over 25 years and get consistent results every time we make a batch. Love it!
