Bulk seasoning and cure.
The bulk seasoning option is one that I use when making large amounts of sausage. It saves money and I prefer to use fresh hog casings versus the ones that come in the kit. I normal am buying the German sausage seasoning as we will make 200-300 pounds at a time. I've used this seasoning for over 25 years and get consistent results every time we make a batch. Love it!

I love the German and would give it 5 stars
This is my 2nd bulk purchase of German. I also bought Prairie Sage this year in bulk. I would give the Sage 2 stars. I love the sage flavor but to increase the sage flavor to meet my taste also increases the hot pepper taste beyond my preference -
With the amount of wild game that I have been processing for our family. It is nice to be able to buy the seasonings and cure in bulk quanitys.
My kids and grandkids love the garlic cracked pepper summer sausage.

Summer sausage seasoning
We started out using the product that you buy in your local sporting goods/farm stores. We make a lot of summer sausage throughout the year, as our friends bring their deer, elk, antelope and beef to hang in our walk-in cooler. When its time to cut up, they come an participate. All the scraps are turned into summer sausage. We finally decided it was more cost effective to buy the seasoning in bulk. Of course, I add in other ingredients enhance the flavor, but in general, this is a great seasoning even without any extras!
