Make tender jerky
This is a well built jerky gun. The pistol grip end swivels which is probably the handiest feature. It is also pretty easy to clean. I’m glad I purchased this product.

It would be nice if you could come up with a "pushing devise "to use to help load the meat into tube. All in all, a very good investment as it is if you do much jerky or summer sausage !
