Ingredients:
- 1 5 to 6 lbs. boneless pork shoulder roast
- Hi Mountain Seasonings Rib Rub
- 2 12 oz. bottles cherry soda
- 26 oz. of your favorite BBQ sauce (we like Sweet Baby Rays)
Directions:

Pour the 2 bottles of soda into a Crock Pot and add 1 tablespoon of Hi Mountain Seasonings Rib Rub and mix well.

Place the pork roast into the Crock Pot and apply liberal amount of Rib Rub to the top of the roast.

Cook on a low setting for 9 hours.

Remove the pork roast and place on a large cutting board. Shed the pork roast.

Remove 2/3 of the liquid from the Crock Pot. Add the BBQ sauce to the remaining liquid and mix well.

Add the shredded pork to the Crock Pot and mix until all the meat is coated with the sauce.

Cook on a low setting for another hour.
Now it’s ready to serve with your favorite sides!
