Western Style Seasonings come in traditional size bottles - just the right size to try them all. Contains 3 oz. seasoning.
Ingredients:
Salt, whey powder, monosodium glutamate, parmesan cheese, dehydrated onion, lemon juice powder (with oil of lemon), sherry wine powder, spices (black pepper, mustard, basil, thyme), parsley, garlic, natural & artificial flavors, tumeric (no more than 2% anti-caking agent). Contains milk.

This seasoning is really excellent on grilled salmon. It adds just the perfect flavor. No other flavoring is needed.
We always baste our salmon with olive oil before adding the fish seasoning. It is really great.

Not a game fisherman. I use it on tilapia and it's excellent. A great alternative to the standard Bay seasoning or Orleans seasoning.
